Step 1: Locate & Evaluate
We pump the tank and send a high-definition fiber-optic camera down your lateral lines to verify their structural integrity before work begins.
Step 2: Hydro-jet the Lines
High-pressure water nozzles scour your pipe walls, blasting away decades of grease, sludge, and invasive roots without damaging the lines.
Step 3: Deep-Soil Fracturing
Our specialized system injects compressed air up to 6 feet deep into the soil, creating thousands of fissures, and inserts polystyrene beads to keep the pathways permanently open.
Step 4: Continuous Protection
We can install an premium aeration unit to turn your tank into a highly efficient aerobic environment, sending oxygen-loving bacteria down the lines to permanently eat away remaining bio-mat.
Important Note on Restoration
While our restoration processes boast an incredibly high success rate at reversing soil compaction and biological clogging, they cannot fix structurally collapsed, crushed, or physically broken pipes. If our initial camera line-scope reveals a completely crushed line, we will stop immediately and discuss targeted repair options to save you money.
